Our Biggest Fundraiser of the Year!
Join Harmony CDC for North Texas Giving Day 2025, early giving begins Thursday, August 28, with the official day on Thursday, September 18. In 2024, generous supporters helped Harmony CDC raise $181,536. This year, we're aiming even higher—and we need your help to reach more families across Southern Dallas.
Why Give?
Founded by Concord Church in 2001, Harmony CDC has served as a vital resource for Southern Dallas families for over 20 years. In 2024 alone, we reached 12,000 individuals with food, housing assistance, counseling, career coaching, and financial education.
At Harmony CDC, our mission is to advance God's presence by strengthening families and revitalizing neighborhoods through community-driven and solution-oriented approaches. We believe in empowering individuals to become whole and embrace their full potential. Our ultimate goal is to move 10,000 individuals to wholeness, by identifying critical areas for growth and providing the necessary resources and support to foster a full transformation.
We aim to raise awareness and support for the organization's mission to empower individuals and families in underserved communities, and to provide them with access to resources and opportunities that promote holistic well-being.
